Frequently Answered Quandaries
What is metal clay?
Well that's an odd question to ask here. (It's not like the majority of my work is made using it or anything)
Actually, I've got an entire page that explains it with fancy picture and everything, just click here.
What is the difference between Fine Silver & Sterling Silver?
Sterling silver contains at least 92.5% of pure Silver (which is why you see the .925 stamp on Sterling pieces) and 7.5% of another metal. (Usually copper, but sometimes Zinc or Nickel, which is what most people are allergic to when they can't wear Sterling Silver, not the Silver itself.)
Fine Silver contains 99.9% of pure Silver. The higher silver content not only means there is much less of any other type of metal (helping with allergies) but also that it won't tarnish as fast a Sterling Silver.
What form of payments do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. (There are pictures of each of them at the very bottom of this page too)
I might also barter with Moon Rocks and Alien Skulls.
How soon do you ship from time of purchase?
It really depends on the piece you buy. Things that are Ready to Ship will usually get sent out within 1-2 business days. Made to Order pieces will take about 1-3 weeks, depending on the piece, before I can ship them out. (after all I do have to make them)
Do you offer more than one shipping speed?
Depending on what country you live in, Yes. To see all my shipping speeds and options please click here.
Why don't you ship to my country?
Sadly it's not up to me, but decided by the shipping restrictions on Precious Metals set by each individual country. Laws are changing all the time though, so hopefully one day I'll be able to ship everywhere on the planet. (or even the galaxy)
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately returns cannot be accepted at this time.
Who's the creepy green guy on the top of each page?
Oh, that's Franklin! He's my unofficial mascot. (hopefully someday we can make it official) And once you get to know him, you'll discover he's quite friendly.
What's with the name?
It's a long story...
