Honeysuckle Leaf Pendant in Fine Silver

This Pendant was created using a real Honeysuckle leaf. Thin layers of Metal Clay paste were painted onto the leaf until there was a substantial thickness. A vine was then added for the bail before being fired in a kiln where the leaf completely burn away leaving its lasting impression in solid .999 Fine Silver. Finally a patina is added to bring out all the details.
